Internet · Cellular · Voice · Messaging · AI
Everything your business needs to connect.
Lux brings communications, connectivity and intelligent automation into one platform — one account, one bill, one team behind it. From a phone number, to a remote site, to an agent that can answer, act and operate on your behalf.
- Internet anywhere it has to be
- Fixed, wireless and satellite for offices, remote sites and mobile operations. We choose the connection that fits the location, and pair it with a second one where the link cannot fail.
- Devices that stay online as they move
- SIM and eSIM for fleets, equipment and products deployed across regions — a single deployment instead of a carrier relationship in every market you enter.
- Phone numbers for people and agents
- Local, national, toll-free and international numbers with calling, routing and messaging behind them. Give one to a team, or give it to an agent.
- AI that does the next step
- Agents that answer, look up the account, update the system, trigger the workflow and escalate when they should — over voice, messaging, web and API.
The problem
Most companies piece this together themselves.
- One provider for internet.
- Another for mobile connectivity.
- Another for phone numbers.
- Another for messaging.
- Another for AI.
Then five portals, five contracts, five support teams, and nobody responsible for the whole thing.
Lux replaces that stack with one relationship. We source the infrastructure, integrate the services, provision what you need, and give you a single place to operate it.
One platform. Every connection.
For operators
Capacity is not a product.
You have beams over every ocean and desert. Selling that as service is a different trade: numbers a regulator will grant, interconnect with the carriers your users already dial, an emergency call that reaches the right dispatcher, lawful process in each country, and a bill that clears.
That is years of licences, and it is already running here. Bring the beam. We bring the dial tone.
Talk to our carrier teamHow it fits together
From the network to the model.
Six layers a business normally buys from six companies, arranged as one service — the way online, the devices that move, the number, the message, the agent, and the network holding it together.
- InternetConnectivity for places, not just buildings.
Offices, remote sites, infrastructure and mobile operations, including the places conventional networks do not reach. Fixed, wireless, satellite and redundant — we choose the connection that fits the location rather than selling you the one we happen to carry.
- CellularFor the things that move.
SIM and eSIM for fleets, equipment, sensors, backup links and products shipped across borders. One deployment covers the countries you operate in, instead of a separate carrier relationship in each of them.
- VoicePhone infrastructure without building a phone company.
Numbers, calling, routing, SIP and programmable voice — the machinery behind a modern communications product. Point it at your people, or hand the number to an agent.
- MessagingConversations your software can hold.
Send alerts, receive replies, verify a user, run a two-way thread. SMS, MMS and the delivery infrastructure underneath, on the same platform as everything else you buy here.
- AI agentsAI that can act, not only answer.
Agents that talk, text, call your APIs, use tools and finish a task: qualify the lead, book the appointment, update the record, raise the ticket, escalate to a person when it matters. Reachable over voice, messaging, web and API.
- NetworkThe layer holding it together.
Private networking, VPN, routing, failover and multi-network deployments, designed around what has to stay online rather than around one provider’s footprint — and carried with post-quantum key exchange, so traffic captured today is not readable later.
Solutions
For the places software meets the real world.
Find the one that looks like yours and we will tell you exactly how it is put together.
Adding voice and messaging to a product means assembling a communications stack: numbers in each market, a carrier that will terminate your traffic, delivery infrastructure, and compliance in every country you send from.
Calls go unanswered after hours, messages queue overnight, and the work that follows a conversation — the lookup, the update, the ticket — still waits for a person.
Vehicles, devices and equipment cross borders, and each border has historically meant a new connectivity contract, a new SIM and a new invoice.
Mines, farms, energy infrastructure and construction sit past the end of the line, and nobody will quote a build that never pays back.
The phone system is a box in a cupboard, a contract nobody remembers signing, and a change request that takes a fortnight.
A cash machine on a forecourt, a branch on a high street and a trading desk all need a link that is up, attested and defensible to an auditor. The usual answer is a leased line nobody can move and a second one that shares the same duct.
Hospitals, ports, trading desks and emergency response cannot treat a failed network as an inconvenience, and a single provider is a single failure.
Products
Building blocks for the connected business.
A number, a SIM, a terminal and an agent are the same kind of thing here: created with a call, and cancelled with another.
Connectivity
See allInternet wherever it has to be — fixed, wireless, satellite, and the backup link behind it. We choose the connection that fits the location.
Cellular
See allConnect devices almost anywhere. One deployment across the countries you operate in, instead of a carrier relationship in each of them.
Phone numbers
See allNumbers for people, applications and AI agents. Local, national, toll-free and international, provisioned by API.
Voice
See allMake and receive calls from code, or behind the systems you already run.
Messaging
See allSend, receive and automate conversations — alerts, replies, verification and two-way threads.
Agentic AI
See allAgents connected to your business: they talk, text, call your APIs, use tools, and finish the task.
Network
See allConnect locations, infrastructure and systems, arranged around what has to stay online.
Hardware
See allThe physical layer, for when software alone is not enough. Specified for the site, shipped configured, and already on your account when it arrives.
Devices
See allThe consumer end of the same network — a SIM anyone can buy, a handset built around it, and an operating system that treats an agent as part of the phone rather than as an app on it.
Edge
See allCompute beside the media, so the work that follows a conversation happens where the conversation is.
Post-quantum
Encrypted against a machine that does not exist yet.
Traffic captured today can be kept and decrypted later, once something exists that can do it. For card traffic, payment instructions, health records and legal process, that is not a future problem — the data still matters in a decade.
Lux links carry hybrid key exchange: a classical algorithm and a lattice one together, so a session is no weaker than it is today and still stands when the other machine arrives. Federal guidance sets a 2030 target for readiness. Ours is already on.
How it worksAgentic AI
AI that can actually do something.
Most AI stops at the answer. A Lux agent takes the next step, with the same tools your team uses: voice, messaging, your business systems, your APIs, your data, and the connectivity underneath all of it.
Give an agent a number- Answer the phone
- Send a message
- Look up an account
- Create a ticket
- Schedule an appointment
- Update your CRM
- Trigger a workflow
- Call an API
- Escalate to a person
- Or finish the whole process
Why Lux
One account instead of five.
Every part of it inside a single commercial relationship, instead of five renewals on five calendars.
Connectivity, communications and AI built to work together rather than integrated by you after the fact.
Infrastructure without a pile of separate invoices nobody can reconcile against a single call.
Build across services without rebuilding the integration each time you add one.
When something breaks you start with us, and we work out the rest. That is the part you are actually buying.
How we build it
We use the right infrastructure for the job.
Lux does not depend on a single network, carrier or infrastructure provider. That is the point. Different workloads need different networks, different countries need different operators, and different locations need different ways online.
We combine what sits underneath around your requirements and present it as one Lux service. You tell us what needs to work. We handle the rest of it.
Where it goes
From connectivity to intelligence.
The network used to be the endpoint. Now it is the foundation. A connected device reports what is happening. A connected application talks to the customer. A connected agent understands the situation and acts on it.
Internet, cellular and satellite, wherever the work is.
Numbers, calls and messages, from your own code.
Agents that take the next step inside your systems.
Getting started
Tell us what needs to happen.
- Start with the outcome
A site needs internet. A fleet needs connectivity. An application needs voice. A company needs every inbound call answered. Tell us the problem, not the product.
- We assemble the stack
We choose the connectivity, communications, infrastructure and AI the outcome requires. One architecture, one commercial relationship, and an engineer on the other end of it rather than a form.
- We make it operational
We provision the services, integrate the systems, deploy the agents, and stay the team you call when something changes.
What are you connecting?
- An application that needs to make calls.
- A fleet operating across forty countries.
- A remote site nobody is going to run fibre to.
- A business that wants every inbound call answered.
- A support operation that needs agents working around the clock.
- A device that needs to stay connected anywhere it goes.
- Or something we have not seen before.
Tell us what it needs to do. We will build the connection around it.
